Twin Jets Resort is committed to conducting business ethically in accordance with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009.

This Anti-Corruption Policy applies to all employees, directors (executive and non-executive) and any person providing services to or on behalf of Twin Jets Resort, including contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, suppliers, agents, intermediaries and representatives of Twin Jets Resort (collectively, ” Applicable Persons “).

Anti-bribery and corruption laws make it unlawful for any person to
(a) give, promise or offer to give anything to any person, whether for the benefit of that person or any other person; or
(b) to solicit, receive or agree to receive, for himself or for another person, any gratification as an inducement

as an inducement or reward to do or refrain from doing anything in relation to any matter or transaction, whether actual, proposed or likely to take place.

Accordingly, all Applicable Persons shall not at any time
– Offer, promise or give anything of value to obtain or retain any personal or business advantage.
– Solicit or accept anything of value that could influence your objectivity in carrying out your

employment/business.

“Things of value” that could be perceived as bribery or corruption can take many forms (including money, services, donations, employment, discounts or gifts in kind).

All Applicable Persons are responsible for refraining from and preventing any instance of bribery or corruption and for reporting any concerns or suspicions so that Twin Jets Resort can identify the risks and conduct any necessary investigations. Reports of concerns or suspicions may be made to the Head of Human Resources:
