Breakfast
Awaken your senses with a nourishing breakfast crafted to set the tone for your day. Begin with fresh, naturally sweet, local fruits. For a heartier option, savour a warm bowl of our signature herbal chicken porridge, which is slow-cooked in a delicate herbal broth to provide comfort and vitality.
All ingredients are carefully sourced to ensure quality and freshness. Our Beacon Chicken is raised on our own farm with a specially formulated natural feed. Free from antibiotics, hormones, and heavy metals, our chicken meets the highest standards of purity and safety, it’s wholesome enough for every guest.

Our Mookata dinner features all-natural Beacon Seaweed Chicken Soup base, enriched with a variety of wholesome selections: Beacon Seaweed Chicken Wings, Beacon Chicken Fillet, Beacon Seaweed chicken Wanton, Seaweed Chicken Eggs, Smoked Duck, preservative-free Sabah seafood, pesticide-free vegetables and more!
